It’s July 4th, 2013, and that seemed like as good a day as any to “officially” kick off my blog. After months of indecision and fret and laziness, the day is finally here. It’s time to put down the hot dog and bite the bullet (or maybe it’s the other way around.)

The good thing is that, since this is my first posting, it will likely be buried at the end of the long queue of blogs and no one will ever read it.  The other good thing is that I have no followers and that means no pressure. So here goes nothing.  My first post is almost done.  Now all I have to do it to add a picture…
