Canadian Moose

Canadian Moose

I stumbled upon this beautiful creature while hiking through an area known as “The Bog.”  It was the highlight of my trip — so very close to me.  I stood as quietly as I could and snapped photo after photo. It was breathtaking.

I guess you didn’t see the recent show I watched. Nature photographers ranked animals of North America on 4 factors including most likely to attack and harm a human. I believe the moose was right behind the polar bear. You’re a very brave man. 😀

The funny thing was that I felt no fear at all. I was transfixed in the moment. It was spiritual. Had the moose come my way, I would have probably just stood there and watched. It’s hard to say.

The more I take nature photos the more that happens to me. Butterflies come land near me now. Deer just stand there relaxed while I take their photo. You said it perfectly — it is indeed — spiritual. ❤
